SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We process all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding Holidays. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

GREECE 
Orders shipped within Greece are dispatched via Courier Service. Shipment takes 2-4 working days to arrive and the charge is 4,00€. For Saturday delivery requisition the additional charge is 2,00€.

REST OF EUROPE

All orders to any other European country, outside Greece, are shipped as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office and the charge is 8,00€. Delivery time varies in between 5-12 working days to arrive, depending on the destination country.


INTERNATIONAL - OUTSIDE EUROPE
International Orders, outside EU, are also shipped as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office and the charge is 8,00€. Delivery time is between 8-15 working days to arrive depending on the destination country.

 

Please note that international orders, and by that meaning, outside Europe, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of Greece. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

All orders over 39€ ship for free.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We are also unable to accept returns on items damaged by your fault.

 

In case of faulty items, we sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Bianco jewelery.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please Contact Us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

 

Please note, we no longer accept exchanges, including rings. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

 

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended.
